RAKICC Offshore Company Formation

RAK International Corporate Centre (RAKICC) is a corporate registry formed by consolidating two IBC registries; RAK International Companies & RAK Offshore.


RAKICC operates under common law legislation. This means your company can have access to the Common Law Courts of the Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM) and the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC) if they choose to do so. In addition, companies also have access to a variety of legal to suit their needs.

There is no minimum capital with RAKICC, and there isn’t a need to file financial accounts. You have the flexibility to open corporate accounts within the UAE in multiple currencies. In addition, there is no restriction on the repatriation of capital and profits.


Kindly note that a RAK IBC company must be incorporated via a registered agent. The address of the registered agent will be the registered address for your IBC. You do not need to lease any office space for your company.
